Mrs. Aroma deserves special thanks. She's warm, attentive, and kind, and helped give the hotel a real feeling of hospitality and comfort that makes me want to return. The room was neat, very clean, and comfortable, and you could feel the care put into it. The location is convenient, with everything close by, but the hotel itself still feels calm and cozy. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

We usually choose smaller boutique hotels with charm, so this was our first apartment style stay. There were some pleasant surprises. Lilly greeted us, showed us around, and was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly hardworking. Our unit was spacious and had a full kitchenette, though no stove or hot plate. That wasn't really an issue since local restaurants are so inexpensive. A few nice extras: three complimentary washers on the second floor, a drying room, a funky espresso machine where I could practice my Barista skills, and a seventh floor roof lounge with a great view of the water and city. The bathroom had plenty of hot water until about 8:00, after which it was warm at best. The mattress was too hard for me, so I tossed and turned a lot. For the price, it was decent, but I'm not completely sure we'd stay there again. You need to text for a motorbike because the hill up to the apartment is only manageable for able-bodied people.

The apartment had everything we needed, with a nice airco and a hot shower. The location was ideal, close to the beach, night market, and centre. There was free espresso and water refills too. We enjoyed our stay in Phu Quoc and would recommend the apartment. Thanks, Aroma!

Mrs. Aroma, the owner, was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. Mi Amor Luxury Apartment is nicely located near the town centre. We had a great stay and would happily return on another visit to Phu Quoc. Highly recommend.

I had a good time staying here. The hostess was kind and responsive, always ready to help and quick to reply. It felt like she genuinely cared about making my visit comfortable, and everything was organized well.
