Amira Hotel Hanoi

Haley at reception made our stay feel easy from the start. We arrived late, and she still arranged a last-minute airport pickup, booked us a Ha Long Bay cruise, and got our laundry washed in time for us to leave the next morning. She was friendly, calm, and incredibly helpful. The Amira Hotel is clean and modern, with spotless rooms and a great base for exploring Hanoi. We also loved unwinding at the Skybar in the evening, with its city views. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Linh helped us find some great local shops, which made exploring the area more enjoyable and gave the experience a more authentic feel. Bobby even walked us to our cab, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued. Hill, Huy, and Ngoc were warm, attentive, and professional, and the hospitality from the moment we arrived made us feel well looked after. We had a memorable stay at Hanoi Amira Hotel and would gladly recommend it to people visiting Hanoi.

The staff were so kind and helpful that I'd come back just to see them. They really cared about making our stay a good one. The location is great too, with lots of places an easy walk away. Our twin room was a little small, maybe because we booked so last minute, but the beds were super comfortable.

The junior suite with a balcony was spacious and good value, and Bobby and the team were friendly and helpful. The rooms and artwork were lovely, and the Skybar is a great spot for a drink and a city view before heading out. You're right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Just watch the spelling when booking a Grab or using Google Maps: there’s also an Amara, and I accidentally chose it once 🤣
