The alley leading to the hotel was the one thing I wasn't keen on, but for the price it didn't bother me. The room was clean and looked after, with housekeeping each day. It's close to Hoan Kiem Lake, cafés, and souvenir shops. Jenny was especially friendly and gave us nearby café suggestions and help arranging an airport transfer.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and even let us wait in the hotel lobby for a couple of hours until our bus to Sapa. The service was exceptional. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, and the location is good, just a few steps from Michelin-starred restaurants. 🫶🏻

I stayed in two different rooms, and both were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and could help with airport shuttles, tours, or whatever other information you need. The hotel is right by Hoan Kiem Lake and about a five-minute walk from the Old Quarter, with restaurants, stores, and public transport nearby. It's just off the main road down a small alley.

The staff were wonderful, and the rooms were clean. It's a welcoming, comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location, with good breakfast too. I'd come back and recommend it to all my friends.

We were there for two nights. It's a basic place, clean and comfortably mid-range, and it's very well located. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd stay again and recommend it if you're on a budget but want somewhere quiet and comfortable near most of the attractions.
