We needed somewhere for one night after trouble with a booking at another hotel, and a call to the number on Google Maps found us a vacancy. The first room was clean, decent, and comfortable enough, but the cable TV didn’t work and the toilet clogged about two hours later. They tried to fix it, then moved us to another room. The toilet there worked, but we had to refill the tank by hand, and the smell was worse than in the first room. The reception phone was somehow connected to the phone in our room, so we had to unplug it for the night to stop it ringing and waking us. There’s a nearby restaurant with good food, though it may be a little expensive. Otherwise, you’ll need the receptionist’s help to order in or take a ride somewhere for a meal.

Getting to the airport was convenient, and the hotel itself made for a lovely little getaway. The room had a modern look, stylish decor, and a bed that seemed ready for a very good sleep. It was cozy and had what I needed to relax. The team made me feel welcome right away and were always helpful, even adding a welcome drink at check-in. I had a great stay at Anova 2 Hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel.

The front desk guy was rude when I asked questions. The language barrier made things harder, and twice he hung up while I was trying to get clarification. At check-in, I wasn’t given the WiFi details or other important information. The room was mostly clean, but there were half-open, already-used shampoo packets left behind. I won’t stay here again.

It’s near the airport, but far from the city, and the rooms weren’t very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again on my next visit.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was good. Anova 2 is handy for airport trips, and I was able to book a taxi to the airport through the hotel easily. Thanks for the service. I’d recommend Anova 2 to others.
