We liked our first stay enough to come back, and Aquarius Premium Hotel was comfortable and well maintained both times. The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet, with new beds and good linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which mattered a lot after long days exploring Hanoi. Breakfast was a favorite. There was plenty of fresh food and a good spread each morning, especially the fresh fruit. They also had pho, congee, bacon, potatoes, salads, and a good range of hot and cold drinks. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel is conveniently placed for the Old Quarter, so restaurants, shops, and attractions are easy to reach on foot. We had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed both stays. It offers good value, comfort, and service, and we’d happily recommend it to visitors to Hanoi.

The reception team made things easy for us. They were consistently friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, so everything was a short walk away, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The shower had amazing hot water, which isn’t always guaranteed in Vietnam. There are a few hotels nearby with rooftop pools that you can use for a small fee. Ask at reception and they’ll arrange it. We loved our stay at Aquarius Premium Hotel and would happily come back! 🌟

We were very happy with our day stay. The room was comfortable, neat, and nice, and being on the ground floor, away from the overnight guests, worked perfectly for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good variety at the buffet. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in HN.

For the price, the room is decent and the staff are very friendly. The mirror is mounted so high that it’s awkward to do makeup or check your outfit, which feels strange. The hair dryer also kept shutting itself off after about two minutes. I asked the staff to fix it, but it still didn’t work properly, which was frustrating.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but we had several serious problems. My parents, brother, and I were all badly bitten by bedbugs. The room smelled strongly of urine, with another unpleasant odor coming from the AC, and we saw spiders crawling near the bed. There was also a lot of corridor noise all night. The air conditioning was hard to adjust and didn’t work properly, and the freezer wasn’t working as it should. After all that, the compensation offered was very small and didn’t even cover one night.
