Art Hotel Ha Noi

The front desk staff were fine, and the room was left untidy during my two nights and three days. The cleaners never made the bed either, though that wasn't a huge deal, just odd. What bothered me more was the bathroom: it was very moldy, the pipes smelled awful, maybe like mold or sulphur, and I wasn't sure it was safe. There was also no sound insulation, with loud noise going on past 3 am. The photos and other reviews had me expecting something else, haha. I wouldn't stay here again because of the bathroom's safety condition.

The street noise made it impossible to sleep. Every night, music blared outside while groups drank right there. My room had no hot water at all, and management refused my request to switch rooms, so I had cold showers throughout the stay. Housekeeping only came once every two days, which felt unhygienic and unacceptable for paid accommodation. The online photos looked professional, but the property was nothing like the advertisement. They seemed highly deceptive to me, perhaps edited with AI or beautification filters to lure guests in. This place is unprofessional and a waste of money. Save yourself the stress and avoid it at any cost.

It's in a really convenient spot for the Old Town, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The place was dirty and run down, and nothing like the photos. The staff weren't very friendly, apart from the very smiley cleaner. None of the lamp, bedside lights, or mirror light worked. The bed was hard, creaked, and uncomfortable, and I wasn't convinced the bedding was fresh, even though it was clean-ish. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, with a broken toilet roll holder, shower fixtures, door handle, and door glass. Noise came through from other rooms and the corridor too.

We were six people, and the staff were ready to help us. They arranged our airport transfer easily. The hotel was amazing, with a spacious, clean room and amazing staff.
