The reservation handling was disorganized and confusing, and the whole stay felt chaotic. The room wasn't in good condition, and the staff, especially the manager, acted unprofessionally and treated guests in an unacceptable way. I wouldn't stay here again.

The disorganized atmosphere made the stay more stressful than it should've been. The room seemed neglected, and service was poor. Staff weren't attentive, and when I asked for help, their replies felt dismissive instead of supportive. After that experience, I wouldn't consider coming back.

Reservations were handled in a very messy way, and guests ended up booking the wrong place. The room wasn't okay, and the staff treated guests badly, especially the manager. I won't come back.

The room was fairly spacious and clean, though it looked a bit different from the photos. It's on the main street and has good amenities. There were a few small issues, but the landlord helped sort them out. Still giving it five stars.

Check-in was a hassle, they kept moving me to different rooms, then told me to check out early. I booked through Agoda, but the location was the same as the previous guest's room, which had changed ownership. Was this some kind of shady business practice? Terrible service.
