The hotel wouldn’t refund me when I wanted to leave, and they don’t answer complaints in the chat. It felt deceptive and dismissive of guests. I paid twice the regular room price for a “suite,” but it was the same standard room with another name, no real difference. Inside, the window was broken, so it was noisy and impossible to sleep; the AC rattled like a reactor; the furniture was worn; and the plumbing leaked. The room was dirty and completely unsanitary, with lots of hair and nails on the floor. Cleaning felt perfunctory, they only changed the bed. At the same time, staff knocked and called obsessively, as if I had to let them in.

The room was spacious and clean, especially for such a reasonable price, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Most of them didn’t speak English, apart from the front desk, but we managed to sort things out with Google Translate. Breakfast was ok, and the Vietnamese coffee was good. Highly recommended.

The desk in the clean, quiet room made it easy to get work done, and the Wi-Fi was stable. I stayed at Au Viet My Dinh Hotel on a business trip and was quite satisfied. The staff were professional and responsive, and it’s convenient for getting to nearby office areas. A good pick for a short work stay.

Booking was really quick, and it was easy to get around the My Dinh area. The staff were very helpful and kind. My room was perfectly clean and fresh. If you’re planning to visit Hanoi, stay at this hotel!

A quiet, nice-looking little hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, the reception team efficient, and the other staff helpful. Breakfast was good too. The service felt fair for the price.
