There are plenty of useful facilities here, including restaurants such as Roof Top and Highland Coffee, ATMs, a Medical Clinic, Office Spaces, Service Apartment, and shops. The exterior looks luxurious, which makes the condition inside especially disappointing. The apartment areas feel old. The corridor carpet looked dirty and smelled awful, and the guest elevators seemed more like old, smelly service lifts. The rooms are extremely dated, and the layout made me uncomfortable. The receptionists were cold and unhelpful. I might stay here for the location if work brought me to the area. A major concern for room owners is that only 27 years remain on the right to use the room, and the contract will end soon.

The rooms are nice, though the hallways feel outdated. There's a small gym with everything needed, and the location is convenient. The pool on the top floor is very nice, with a view and a seating area.

Just so you know, there isn't a rooftop bar.

The location worked really well, with plenty of restaurants nearby and taxis available at any time. Our seventh floor apartment was in good condition, had everything we needed, and was serviced perfectly. Cleaning was available Monday through Saturday. The pool was well maintained, considering the circumstances in Hanoi. One thing that bothered me was an owner on the seventh floor leaving their apartment door open during the day. Their family's food smell spread through the whole area. That seems to be a common problem in Hanois apartment buildings.
