“The wardrobe smelled musty and filthy when opened,” a customer said. A couple visiting their child booked a room on someone's recommendation. It normally cost 450,000 VND, but the owner lowered it to 430,000 VND per night. They were given a two-bed room and paid 1,290,000 VND for three nights, handing over 1,300,000 VND and leaving the change. There was only one blanket and two pillows. When they asked for another blanket and pillow for their child, they were charged 50,000 VND for laundry. That amount isn't huge, but it's not trivial either. With business practices like this, they won't stay again.

The rooms are roomy and fairly priced, especially given the location and surrounding area. Both guesthouse owners were kind and friendly.

The grounds feel open and spacious, and the place is quite clean. Prices are reasonable, and the enthusiastic owner even offers a pickup from the ferry terminal.

The grounds are lovely for a morning walk or some exercise, with plenty of space, shady trees, and fresh air. The bedrooms are clean, too, and the guesthouse owner is such a friendly, kind person.
