The apartments are quite nice, which makes the staff’s dishonesty all the more frustrating. I found the women very kind, but the men lied. When I extended my stay by a couple of nights, they said booking direct would be cheaper than Booking.com, but it wasn’t. I paid four days ahead for the extension, then a man claimed I hadn’t paid and tried to charge me again. Luckily I had receipts. They also don’t safely store your personal information, like your passport. At arrival they tried to get me to cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay them directly, which would have cost more and triggered a last-minute cancellation fee. I refused. When I left, they claimed there was an extra charge for daily room cleaning, though that wasn’t mentioned at booking. I didn’t have anything close to daily cleaning anyway. I stayed two and a half weeks and got cleaning every 3-5 days, with just one cleaning in the first week. I’d rather pay twice as much somewhere with honest service than stay here again.

I liked having a fridge and washing machine in the room, and there are plenty of international food options nearby. The rooms are good and the location is convenient. I’m giving it 4/5 because the Wi-Fi was patchy at times and the power went out for over an hour during my stay. It isn’t very soundproof, though there are only a couple of rooms on each floor, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

The room had a big bed, sofa, and kitchen, with plenty of space, and it felt modern and comfortable. The hotel is in a really quiet area, so I slept well at night. The best part was the staff, especially Đức, who was kind and attentive from the start, easy to talk to, and always ready to help. He even recommended a great restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hanoi.

We had a great shower and a clean apartment, and check-in was easy. We booked two nights but left early because our flight was at 2:15 am. The early checkout was super easy and very cheap!

Having a washing machine in the room that we could use for free was a real plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was good. It’s outside the old town, but there are still lots of restaurants and facilities nearby, and a Grab gets you to the old town easily. You can walk around the lake, and there are a few shopping centres close by, including the Lotte mall. I’d recommend it if you want to stay outside the Old Quarter.
