I had one of my best hotel stays in Vietnam here. The staff were helpful, and the location in Mui Ne was great, with a food court just across the street. My room was a good size, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the A/C worked well.

I was here for nearly a month, and it worked out perfectly. The hotel is right across from Dong Vui food court. They cleaned the room daily and brought fresh towels, linen, and water. Thao and the other lady at reception were so friendly and helpful, and made my stay comfortable. The WiFi did drop out now and then, but it wasn't too bad. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms are genuinely great, but the WiFi kept cutting out during our four nights, especially on our floor. There was also an issue with an amenity, though they gave an okay explanation. My stay was just okay.

Right across from the food court, so the location is excellent. The room and bathroom were both spacious and really good, with hot water and decent pressure. The staff were okay.

The staff were always smiling and really tried to help. I also liked the bright white rooms and comfortable beds. Even on the third floor the water pressure was fine, and the rooms stayed cool without AC.
