La Dolce Vita Hotel

My room faced a small inner courtyard, so it was peaceful and I couldn't hear any street noise. The bed and room were comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, in a very good location.

The breakfast included a good selection of fresh fruit, but the food overall didn't taste satisfying. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, though the street around it smelled quite bad. My room had an unpleasant smell from the start. The staff were rude and not accommodating: when I asked for another bottle of water and offered to pay, they told me to get one at a shop outside. I had to go out at midnight for drinking water, which was very inconvenient. The location is convenient, but the service and room experience need a lot of improvement.

The Old Quarter is lively, and the location was great. The room was quiet and clean, and the shower was okay. The bed was a bit hard, though I slept all right. It's not a resort, but it was pleasant to stay here. The staff were friendly, especially the man at the front door, who was really helpful and kind. I'd stay again.

The rooms are a little dated, but they were good value. I stayed one night after arriving in Hà Nội, and I'm glad I chose this place. The staff were professional and cared about their guests, and the service was amazing. The manager found me a great walking food tour for that evening. The location was great too.
