There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it’s handy for getting to the Old Quarter, Train Street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and plenty of other attractions. Despite the busy street, we hardly heard anything while sleeping. The apartments are charming, beautifully furnished, and have a kitchen, big TV, Japanese toilet, and a cute balcony with a small seating area. I took a chance on the place because it had so few Google reviews, and I’m glad I did. Our host, Mr.Trung, was communicative and helpful. We were extremely happy with the stay and would highly recommend it.

For the best sunset, pick a room on a higher floor with a balcony. I loved that view. The staff were welcoming, and the service was amazing. They did everything they could to make us feel at home, so I’ll definitely return on my next visit. Thanks to everyone.

It was a reasonable apartment, and having a washing machine was a plus. But we had two cold showers in a row.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, right in the middle of things. Still, we can’t leave a completely positive review just because they were nice. That wouldn’t feel honest, and we’re sorry to have to write this. We won’t stay here again, which is a shame because the place has potential. The first room, on the fifth floor, was very damp and unpleasant. There was visible mold on the walls and a strong musty smell. I have a mold allergy, and we had respiratory problems. We asked to change rooms after one night. We got to see the second room beforehand, and it seemed much better at first. Once we moved our luggage in, though, it felt entirely different. The air conditioning was running and the musty odor was right there, barely fading. The second room was much like the first, although the smell was a little less noticeable. It also didn’t have the extra window behind the refrigerator that let extremely loud street noise into the first room. We don’t understand the positive reviews. Claims that closing the balcony door makes it absolutely quiet seem questionable to us, perhaps those guests haven’t experienced real quiet. The bathroom is so small that someone with long legs can barely sit upright on the toilet. The balcony is extremely narrow too, so you can only sit very close together or one behind the other. After we’d used our towels once, they were replaced during the first change with towels that looked already used. In the end, we had to wash them ourselves to get clean ones.
