Sapa King Hotel

The hotel is close to Sun World Plaza, with restaurants nearby and everything easy to reach. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, with plenty of healthy choices, especially fruit. Mr. Dao was welcoming and friendly, helped us throughout, and arranged an early check-in without any hassle. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices like rice, bread, coffee, and salad. But what made the stay memorable was Mr. Dao. He kindly upgraded us for free to a larger room with a mountain view, answered loads of questions about places to visit and food to try, and speaks English fluently. When my family and I were leaving for the airport, Mr. Dao gave each of us a bag with three kinds of biscuits and a bottle of water. Such a kind gesture. We stayed two days and one night, and I really wish we'd booked longer. I honestly can't describe how great it was. If you're planning a Sapa trip, this is a sign to book here. I wouldn't regret it, and I'd give it six stars if I could.

The manager, Mr Dow, was great, and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. They understood what we needed and communicated well. Breakfast included fruit for vegetarians, which was great. The hotel was excellent in every way, and its location made it easy to get around, with an Indian restaurant, Sapa railway Station, and the center all nearby. I'd recommend booking here if you visit Sapa, whether you're Indian or from elsewhere.

The staff were kind, hospitable, and always ready to help, and the place felt like home during our four days in Sapa. Breakfast had a good buffet, and the banana pancakes, available on request, were the best. The room suited all five of us and we had no complaints. Thanks to Mr Dao, his partner, and the staff for helping make our Sapa vacation so good.
