The family room had two large beds with enough space left for our luggage, and breakfast was lovely with a good range. Bella Premier is perfectly placed for the busy lake area. What really made the stay for us, though, was the staff. They treated us like family, helped with local information and booking our Lan Ha bay trip, and were just really nice, friendly people. Thank you Trang, Hua & Anne!

We had a great two-night stay. The room was spacious and had a great view, and the sky bar was very nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the Old Quarter location was great. Breakfast had limited vegan options. The bed was a bit hard, though still better than our previous hotel, so maybe that’s just a cultural thing. I’d definitely stay again.

It’s right in the busy middle of the old town, but still feels like a quiet haven with everything Hanoi has to offer close by. The clean, spacious rooms had big comfortable beds, a/c, tv, and a great shower. The staff were amazing and happy to help with anything. I can’t recommend it enough. If I’m back in Hanoi, I’ll stay here again.

The staff were the highlight, from the bellboys and Front Desk to the breakfast service team. Everyone was friendly and super helpful, and Huy and Ann deserve a special mention for their warm hospitality. The hotel is great value, with spacious rooms and a sumptuous breakfast. The bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Its spot in the heart of the Old Quarter puts plenty of shopping and attractions within walking distance.

The customer service and room condition were amazing, and the staff were kindhearted and really helpful. We had a good stay at Bella premier. I’d give you 4.5 stars, except we’re vegetarian and didn’t find many breakfast options. Non-vegetarians have heaps to choose from. The pineapple pancake is especially worth trying. Tourists will definitely enjoy their stay.
