The staff were wonderful, but a pump above the roof made the rooms feel like they were over a constantly running elevator shaft. The aircon was broken, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. I guess that may be what to expect at this price, but I barely slept for three days.

The place was noisy, there was no fridge or water, and nobody cleaned up. Service was poor, and they charged me for the room again even though I’d already paid. Don’t stay here if you want to avoid trouble on your trip.

I only stayed here because I needed to be in that part of Hanoi. It’s a local hotel for local people.
