The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room felt cozy. It matched the photos and had a fridge, safe, overhead shower, air conditioner, and fan. Great value for money.

The room smelled very bad and didn't look like the photo. Service was terrible too. A really bad experience at this hotel.

10/10
The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are large and feel luxurious for the price. They have the essentials, including a refrigerator, TV, aircon, and daily room service. For what I could find in Hanoi, this is the best and cheapest hotel. It's also conveniently located near the US embassy. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a budget place in central Hanoi that's still good enough.

I was there for about a week. The room was okay and not too crowded, and the front desk was active. The mobile data and wifi connections weren't very satisfying. I'd give it 8/10 overall.

8/10
The room had lots of space, comfortable furniture, and an extra-large king-size bed. The accommodation was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very helpful. Their English was good enough to handle everything I needed. I'd definitely stay again.
