22Housing Apartment 81 Linh Lang

There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, and the view was pretty good. The hotel manager spoke English well and answered messages quickly. The place was spacious, cozy, clean, quiet, and affordable. They changed the towels every day, cleaned the room every two days, and provided water. Security felt good too, since I had to tap my room card twice to enter.

The management team's communication was poor, and the problem felt like attitude as much as a language barrier. I had asked for a late checkout on the day I was leaving and got confirmation through WhatsApp, the only way to contact them. Then, just as I was about to leave, a staff member knocked and shouted in my face. I would never expect that from a hospitality business, and I'd avoid them in the future. The company has many properties and seems more interested in long-term residents than short stays. I booked this one because it had a bathtub at a reasonable price, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect normal hospitality standards, including a reception.

I felt so relaxed and happy staying here. The room had a lovely view, a big comfortable bed, and a kitchen that worked perfectly. There was also a large TV with Netflix and YouTube, plus AC, a bathtub, rice cooker, and modern toilet. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. I'd recommend it to anyone ♡

Easy and comfortable.
