I chose the apartments, but the website said the pool had to be paid for, and I don't agree with that charge. The ticket price also changes between morning and daytime. They don't explain anything, the service is absent, and the place is dirty.

I booked because the listing mentioned a pool and gym, but the pool uses a ticket system. Even after I bought a ticket, there was nobody at reception, so I couldn't get in. The gym wasn't open at all. Reception security couldn't speak English, and the fire alarm often went off around mealtimes. Housekeeping wasn't daily either, maybe once every three days, with no explanation.

Clean and thoughtful, with convenient surroundings for getting around. It worked well for my long business trip, and I'll stay here again on my next one.
