Era Apartment Chua Ha

I had a very bad stay and strongly recommend other travelers avoid this place. The apartment was dirty, with hair all over the bed and bathroom. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. Communication was dishonest too. On the day I was due to arrive, the owner messaged to say my booking had been canceled because I hadn’t “confirmed” it, something they’d never mentioned before. When I said I’d find somewhere else, they restored the booking within a minute. The staff were rude when I arrived. The concierge wasn’t friendly and spent a long time checking and photographing my passport, including my visa and entry stamps, in a very unprofessional way. There was no hospitality when I asked for a late checkout, and the owner ignored my messages. At 12:00, the concierge knocked, told me to leave, took the keys, and didn’t say a word, not even thank you or goodbye. Save your money and peace of mind, and stay somewhere else.
