They called at 12:30 PM on my arrival day, only 90 minutes before the 2 PM check-in, and pressured me to cancel the Booking.com reservation for them. The booking had already been canceled at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find somewhere to stay. I've never had a worse booking experience. Their payment rules felt unclear and shady, almost manipulative. I found them completely unprofessional and unreliable, and wouldn't trust this place.

I was wary after reading the other reviews, but my three days here went well. The place was nice, really clean, and the staff were helpful. There was some noise from nearby construction, though that's outside their control and could happen anywhere.

Getting from the main street to the apartment was confusing and awful. The manager told me the day before I was due to stay that they'd double-booked, then basically forced me to switch to this apartment. When I wouldn't agree to change places, they threatened to cancel my reservation. It felt like a typical case of putting their own interests ahead of what the customer needed in Vietnam.

The interior is clean and comfortable. Since cars can't pull up to the building, you have to choose a nearby pickup point for airport transfers or when heading out.
