After I booked the wrong date by mistake, I tried right away to reserve the same room for the date I needed. It then showed as unavailable. The hotel told me I could get it only at a higher price, and as soon as I paid the difference, that very room was available again. It felt like they had deliberately held it back to make me pay more, which seems deeply unethical and like a complete scam. The room was also in awful shape, with a strong bad smell and a general lack of cleanliness. Don't be taken in by the low online prices. They may find a way to charge extra, and I'd strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

The room smelled strongly unpleasant, and the cleanliness and basic upkeep fell short. That added to an already stressful experience with the booking. I had accidentally reserved the wrong date, then immediately tried to book the same room for the correct one. Suddenly it was listed as unavailable. When I contacted the hotel, they said I would have to pay more. Once I agreed and paid, the same room became available straight away. It felt as if it had been blocked to push me into paying extra, which struck me as unprofessional and unethical. Be cautious if the online rate looks appealing, since there may be extra charges or last-minute price changes. I left disappointed.

The free parking and Wi-Fi were handy, especially for a trip by car, and the staff have always been attentive and ready to help. I've stayed here a couple of times and they haven't let me down. Rooms are roomy, clean, well maintained, and everything works properly. A dependable option in Phu My Hung near SECC.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and SECC is only about five minutes away. The hotel sits centrally in Phu My Hung, District 7. My room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, so staying here was very convenient.

A very affordable option in District 7 K Town, but it still feels like a decent hotel. The room was clean, and the sheets, pillows, and towels were fresh. No bugs, the air conditioning and hot water worked, and the location is great.
