We rented a spacious, bright room with a small kitchen for a month and got a long-term rate. Booking was easy and flexible, and the service was great. The alley was cute, quiet, clean, and had coffee shops nearby. It's not too far from D1. Good value overall. The one thing that really brought the stay down was one of the two female receptionists. For the whole month, she was consistently cranky and rude to everyone coming through reception, as if they owed her money. The other receptionists and everyone else were super nice.

The location is great and close to D1, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are limited, but there's a shared kitchen, laundry, and a place to eat and relax. It's secure and quiet, and breakfast is easy to find nearby. Little Cam next door has amazing croissants. The room-service aunty was really, really nice. I stayed for two weeks and definitely recommend it.

Food was 2/5: they served noodles and egg or a sandwich each morning. The room quality was okay, but it wasn't cleaned during the few days I stayed, so I'd give the room 2/5. Service gets 1/5. I got a discount voucher for paying immediately, which was fine, but check the room carefully. On checkout day, they said I had to pay extra because a staff member claimed I'd lost something from the room.

The staff were lovely, and the street was nice and quiet. The rooms were great too, simply decorated and had everything I needed. Everything was fantastic!
