I booked a special room with a window and balcony on Booking.com for nine days. Instead, when I arrived, they put me in a damp garage room on the ground floor where the motorcycles are parked. There were no windows or balcony, and I felt my life and property were at risk. It felt like a scam for the money I'd paid. I couldn't stay there, so I left and lost my money. They aren't acting in good faith. Don't go there, your life and belongings could be in danger.

The room was dirty, with dust still sitting in the spots that seemed hard to sweep, and there was hair and sticky rice left on the bed from the previous guest. It didn't look anything like the photos either. I booked through the Go2Joy app, where the pictures showed one thing and the actual room was another. The woman at the front desk was pretty unpleasant.

The bedsheets were dirty and the cleaning was sloppy. When guests complain or ask for something, the cleaning ladies and managers yell and curse at them like they're children. They get angry about anything you ask, so you end up paying to worry about being shouted at. Don't be tempted by the low price.

The woman who runs the place is easygoing. My room had a cooking area and felt roomy and comfortable for one person. Cleanliness was around two or three stars, but at a price of 2xx-3xx, I thought it was okay.

There was a power outage, and when I called the hotline nobody answered. I sent a complaint by text and got "don't know" back. In the middle of the night there was screaming, arguing, and banging on doors, but the manager or landlord didn't step in. The room itself was tiny, with the kitchen right by the head of the bed. The shower faucet was extremely weak, and there was no toilet paper, shower gel, or shampoo. A really bad stay, and I'm never coming back.
