Hanoi Valley Boutique Hotel & Travel

We spent 14 nights here, and my family and I will definitely come back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel and its location were fantastic. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Hanoi. Lee, Huong and Kim Herbert.

If you get to meet Crab and his coworker, you’ll see why their service made such a mark on me. They were polite, efficient, and clearly cared about guests. Crab was naturally friendly and professional, always ready to help, whether with directions, questions, or just a warm greeting. His coworker was just as kind and helpful, and together they made the place feel welcoming. I stayed at Valley Hotel and Travel Hotel in Hanoi and was warmly welcomed from the start. The attention to detail and professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free. Their dedication really lifted the whole experience, with service that went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi who values being treated with kindness and respect. A great stay from beginning to end.

The staff deserve credit: they were warm, professional, stayed in touch, confirmed our check-in time several times, and helped arrange tours. When we reported the room problems after the first night, they tried to help and offered other rooms. I want to be clear that this wasn’t their fault. The owner was the real problem, and was incredibly rude when we spoke by phone, hanging up mid-sentence. We booked two rooms for five nights while travelling as a family, but couldn’t stay. The rooms were dirty and moldy, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning gave off a strong unpleasant smell. In the top-floor room, ventilation noise kept us from sleeping. The replacement rooms still weren’t acceptable: the first-floor room smelled damp as soon as we walked in, and there were insects on the walls. We left. Breakfast was in the neighboring hotel. It was very basic, and the room had a strange smell. The staff were wonderful, but the hygiene and room conditions were too much, so I can’t recommend this hotel.

Mr. Louis was a real gem, so kind, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand. Mr. Hanry was cheerful and made the stay even nicer. The location was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.
