Right between Koreatown and the local area, this place is accessible, clean, and good value. I had trouble printing some documents, and Nguyet, a kind and pretty staff member, helped me without asking for anything in return. The staff are friendly. I'll come back and recommend it.

I stayed three nights and had a good time. The room was a bit dated, though clean, and the counter lady manager was kind and helpful. There's a local market within walking distance, with famous restaurants right next to the hotel. I paid 120k VND extra for a 7 am early check-in, since the usual check-in is 1:30 PM. The hotel helped me rent a motorbike for 150k a day, plus 100k for delivery and pickup.

This feels like a family-run place, though the receptionists weren't very friendly or flexible. It's small and dated, and doesn't look as modern or pretty as the photos, but it was fairly clean. The street nearby felt dark and scary at night. At 300,000 VND, it's okay if you only need a room for one night.

The rooms are old but have decent equipment, and the hotel itself was fine. Getting anywhere takes a while since it's in the middle of nowhere. The motorbike they offer was broken, so you're better off using Grab. The surrounding area is run-down and smells bad.
