The service attitude was fine, and I had no complaint about that. The problems were with the room. There was a high, open gap beneath the bed, but it hadn't been cleaned at all. When I dropped something and reached underneath to get it, what I found startled me. The hot water tap had been left halfway instead of turned fully to the right. It was hot enough to burn, and my child got burned yesterday. I can't tell whether the cleaners were careless or doing it on purpose, but someone new to the room could easily hurt their hand too. There was lint all over the bed, and I couldn't tell if the sheets and blankets had been washed or just wiped with a cloth. I thought about changing hotels yesterday, but it was late and I had too much luggage, so I stayed. I picked some lint off with tape, but ended up breathing it in all night and woke several times to spit it out. Sleeping with it was a nightmare, honestly, and I'm not exaggerating. If these things aren't fixed, I doubt I'll be the only one complaining.

We had a kitchenette in the room, which was handy if we didn't want to go out for a meal. The facilities were all there, and the room was spacious and comfortable in a very quiet alley. The reception staff were lovely and enthusiastic.

The staff were enthusiastic and still gave us great support even though we arrived late. The room was clean and had a nice view, though it felt quite old. The winding road made the place a little hard to find.

I brought my family and younger brother here because we needed to be close to the national university for the gifted student competition. The quiet, spacious place and very helpful staff left me quite satisfied.

Getting around was easy from here, with major roads and lots of shops nearby. The location was convenient, the staff helpful, and our room was clean. Prices were reasonable too. I'd definitely return if I get the chance.
