Rosa Hotel Phu Quoc

The hotel handled a misunderstanding during my stay with care and transparency. I thought something was missing from my room, so management cooperated fully with the authorities and checked the security systems. It was all clarified, and the hotel’s security procedures were confirmed to be reliable. No staff member was involved, and I take full responsibility for the confusion. I appreciated how respectfully the team took it seriously, and I’d stay again. The room itself was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout a very comfortable visit.

For a very affordable price, this was a great stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and the aircon worked perfectly. Staff were welcoming and kept checking whether we needed towels, water, or housekeeping. It’s just off the main road, so nights are quieter, while the things we needed are still close. A convenience store and ATM are about a five-minute walk away, the Vinbus stop is nearby and completely free, and Grab taxis can find the hotel easily. Thank you!

We spent three nights in a deluxe double room with sea view and had a good stay. The room was spacious enough for two, and the staff were very helpful. Mrs Huyen sorted out our small issues quickly, and Ms tin and Mr thanh were supportive too. I’d recommend staying here ❤️

Rosa Hotel was really good value. It’s on the main road but tucked down a quieter stretch, which suited us. A three-minute walk one way gets you to eateries and shops, and a quick ten-minute walk the other way brings you to more. Phu Quoc Night Market is about twenty minutes on foot. There are also two cafes right below the hotel, handy for coffee or a treat any time. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. My partner enjoyed coffee on the balcony every day. The staff were the best part, always attentive and accommodating, and happy to answer our questions. We’d highly recommend Rosa Hotel.
