Spring Garden Homestay

Mr. Phong was so helpful and even picked us up from the bus station. We were glad to find his homestay. Our room was spacious and clean, and the area was peaceful, away from the city's bustle. Restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus station are all within walking distance. I'll definitely come back.

I spent two weeks here and felt comfortable. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a mattress that wasn't too hard. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The AC worked well, though I hardly used it because the ceiling fan made sleeping more comfortable. There isn't much natural daylight in the room, which made it a little hard for me to wake up. Mis Xuan was very friendly and even gave me some snacks. There was a kettle and a small fridge, but only two bottles of water were provided at check-in. That was fine since I bought larger bottles at a nearby shop. You can't cook, but Mis Xuan can lend you a plate, knife, spoon, and fork. That was enough for fruit and avocado toast in the mornings. The garden wasn't very lush at the time, but the grounds were pleasant and quiet. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, depending on which of the two routes you take, and cafes are nearby. My favorites were Tim Café and Tree House, which has an air-conditioned area that was handy for working. For the price, I had a good stay in this part of the island, Ong Lang Beach. Thank you!

We really liked staying here. The gardens are lovely, with lots of flowering trees, and in the evening you can sit under the stars listening to cicadas and frogs. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and staff were ready to help whenever an issue came up. There's a fantastic restaurant nearby called May Jo's Fusion treat. We had some of the best food we've eaten in Vietnam there.

The hosts are really friendly and will find you whatever you need. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and bike rental. One night we brought back wine and realized we had no opener, so the host brought one over along with lovely wine glasses. Such a nice touch. We'll definitely be back.
