Ngoc Trai Xanh Bungalow

The pool is nice, and this could be a place to stay on the island if you find a good deal through an app. But we gave it only three stars because the service needs work. The staff were unfriendly. The guy was the most helpful, but the girls were really annoying. When we arrived, they just handed over our room without explaining anything about the hotel or its services. The housekeeper was the worst we've experienced. For four days, she knocked at 8 a.m. to ask if we wanted cleaning, waking us each time. We tried to explain that we wanted the room cleaned after 10, but she didn't understand, so we had to talk to the guy. There were lots of geckos in the room, so if you don't like animals, this isn't the place for you. The motorbike cost 200vdn a day, and when we asked for a better rate because we wanted to rent it for nine days, the girl said that wasn't possible. We found better service near the airport for just 150k. If you don't want to rent a motorbike, this hotel isn't a good choice, since Grab is difficult to get in this area. There's a good cafe on the corner with lots of options. The place has a lot of potential, but the service needs to improve.

I had an amazing five days in the bungalows. The staff were super welcoming, kind, and helpful. My bungalow was cozy and clean, and the pool was clean and nice. The wifi was great too. I forgot to take pictures inside, but there was a nice bed, smart TV, air conditioning, a little table and chair, mini fridge, and kettle. They also provided two bottles of water, coffee, and tea. I rented a motorcycle for 150.000d per day, and the airport transfer was 150.000d as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

We only stayed one night, but really liked it. The bungalow wasn't very big, though it was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the staff helped us a lot.

We had such a lovely time here ❤️ The houses are brand new and everything feels thought through. It's a small, cozy, pleasant hotel, very clean and a nice place to relax. The staff were attentive and lovely, and the owner is a wonderful person. We had so much fun staying here! ❤️❤️❤️
