I've stayed at both Ravatel Inn Hotel and Ravatel Style Hotel several times on work trips, and the helpful, cheerful staff have been a constant, from the valet and front desk to housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable, a great place to rest after a long day, and the amenities were good. I enjoyed the restaurant food too. I'd recommend staying here whether you're in Bac Giang for work or visiting with friends or family. You won't regret it! ＼(≧▽≦)／

During my quarantine, the staff made several extra efforts to help me feel at ease on my first visit to a completely new country. The place was very clean and well stocked, and the price was reasonable. The service was amazing, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam.
