The location is great, near vinmart and several coffee shops, with restaurants not too far away. The hotel manager and his loans are very nice and helpful. It can be loud sometimes at night, but all in all I'd recommend this hotel.

This is a small hotel with decent, clean rooms for budget-conscious travellers. It's not near tourist spots like the Old Quarter, but you can get to all areas easily, including the airport. The staff provide the service you need, and there are lots of eateries and cafes nearby.

The people were extremely nice and helped with all our questions. The woman at reception arranged our tours, which let us see Hanoi and all the beautiful things the city has to offer. Thanks to her for that. I'll definitely come back to this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this Blue Pearl West hotel many times on business trips to Hanoi. It’s a comfortable, quiet place to rest, with friendly receptionists, and it’s not too far from Noi Bai airport. The breakfast could use more variety.
