Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa

I really enjoyed the spa, especially the professional massage and the calm atmosphere. It was a great way to recharge after a long day. My room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I'd happily return. Excellent hotel and spa experience! The massage was worth trying, and I had a lovely stay. 💆‍♀️🏨

We had a lovely four-day stay in Hanoi as four women. The area was peaceful and not too crowded, even though most tourist spots were easy to reach with about a 10-minute walk. Our family room, Water Jasmine, had enough space for all four of us and was spotless. Phuomg, the cleaning lady, was gentle and hardworking, and Marena at reception was always smiling and eager to help. Thanks to the Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa staff s. 🫶🏻

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Ha Noi. The service disappointed us too: before our early Ha Long Bay tour, we asked reception to accept our laundry and hold it until we returned. They planned to charge us for that, and we couldn't collect it ourselves because we'd be back very late, after the laundry mat had closed. I booked because of the high Google rating, photos, and location. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when we arrived, but the hallway carpet was old and badly stained, a sharp difference from the clean, zenful-looking reception. The room walls had dirty marks, and the towels looked as if rats had eaten them. The sheets were dirty in both our room and my friend's. They seem to be trying to be eco friendly, but the choices felt misplaced. Guests paying for a hotel should still get towels and rooms that meet hotel standards. There is a lot this hotel would need to improve before I'd consider coming back.

The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in took hardly any time. We got tea and treats when we arrived. Our rooms were clean, attractive, and sustainable, and the street felt quiet and peaceful despite being in the Old Quarter near Train Street and plenty of good restaurants. One of my best stays in Hanoi so far, and I'd come back. ✨
