Casa Bella Hotel

I felt cheated as soon as I got to the lobby. A few minutes before arriving by Grab, I saw the dilapidated CASA BELLA sign but didn't think much of it because the photos online and recent reviews looked decent. I was in for a shock. The lobby barely resembled the pictures apart from the furniture, and felt sad and dull. Check-in was fairly smooth, and the service was decent, but when the lift doors opened, the stale cigarette smell was already in the air and got stronger near my room. Inside, parts of the wooden floor were missing, and kicking the remaining tiles could easily hurt you. The window was cracked. The bed was heavily stained with who knows what, and the pillowcases were torn, though someone had tried hard to hide that. I don't even want to get into the toilet. I left as soon as I arrived. Sadly, I ran out so quickly that I didn't take photos. My whole time there was less than ten minutes.
