CIBI HOMES - Hanoi Central Living Space

Getting into the place through a cafe was a first for me in Vietnam, and it made the walk in feel cozy and comforting. Check-in had the same relaxed feel. I was delayed, but the staff kindly helped me over WhatsApp and in person, making sure I could still get there and check in, even though I arrived later than planned. My plans changed again, so I had to check out early, and leaving CIBI Homes was the hardest part. I could easily spend a whole day enjoying the room before heading out to see the city. If I visit Hà Nội again, I’m definitely coming back to make the most of the room and little cafe. Ask the staff if you have questions, it’s worth it. They were wonderfully kind and explained everything clearly. There’s seating in the lobby for spending time with others, and a small snack bar with free snacks. My room was impeccably clean and felt bigger than a suite. I hadn’t expected a balcony, either, with carefully tended plants and a comfy egg chair.

We could easily explore the Old Quarter on foot from the hotel. The location is excellent, and the new room was clean and very quiet at night. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. They also provided basics like water and snacks. Highly recommended!

There’s no receptionist around 24 hours, but a wonderful security guard lets residents in and out after closing. The accommodation is quaint, clean, and lovely, and the staff are wonderful. I really appreciated the water and snacks they leave for residents in the lobby.

The room was modern, super comfy, and had a balcony overlooking the lively streets of Hanoi’s old quarter. We stayed two days at Cibi homes in Hanoi, and the girls at reception were so kind and helpful. The room was very clean, with free goodies to grab each day. Such a sweet, cool start to a trip in Vietnam. I’d recommend it 100% ❤️ Thank you Cibi
