There are only a few small rooms, and a greedy manager overbooks them. He may cancel your booking at the last minute unless you pay in advance. Even after you pay, you could still be mistakenly kicked out. He works from home and leaves the rooms with a non-English-speaking cleaner who's really hard to find.

Big scam, please don't go. Like some other apartment rental agencies in Hanoi, they cancel your booking a few hours beforehand with a really bad excuse. They're unprofessional, and their fake response felt inhuman. This seems to happen because they overcharge for bookings, leaving people without a roof for the night.

The room was very small, and the toilet was so cramped that nobody could even bathe properly. They showed pictures of one room and gave us another. They didn't even provide a single bottle of water. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place. The rooms were disgusting, dirty, and smelly, with a sewage odor and stained sheets. It wasn't secure and didn't look like the pictures.

Comfortable and very good value for money. Great location in Tay Ho.
