Great location and a nice, simple place to stay. It could be cleaner.

The breakfast had a good range of items, and the staff were always smiling, helpful, and very focused on guests. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, and the rooms look new and come with plenty of amenities. My only downside was the hard mattress. An awesome hotel!

The staff made us feel welcome and were keen to make our stay pleasant. They were helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The location is great for getting everywhere.

The staff were ready to help with any questions, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is clean and updated, with a gorgeous room on a lively, interesting street right in the middle of things. Shops and places to eat are close by, and it's an easy walk to the lake district and its attractions.
