The cashier at reception had an extremely unpleasant attitude. A customer came in to ask about payment, and the cashier raised their voice without explaining anything. If you don't want Vietnamese customers and only want foreign ones, you could tell us, and we won't come to your hotel again. If you respect your customers, go back to school and learn customer service.

The scooter parking is packed, and the front desk staff can be unpleasant. They also get worked up when delivery drivers wait near the entrance. I stayed here for two months, and was given a price that was almost 2 million off from the actual one.

The little studio was spotless, and housekeeping kept it clean throughout my weeklong stay. Laundry is available for a fee. The manager and staff were warm and accommodating, and they actually replied to emails, which can be hard to get from other properties. I'd gladly recommend staying here.

For a budget trip, this is a good pick compared with other three-star hotels. I spent two nights here, found the room clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were helpful and full of useful information. I'd stay again on my next Hanoi trip.
