The Old Quarter location is fantastic, with everywhere easy to reach on foot. We had a balcony room facing all the action, but closing the door kept it super quiet. The rooms were very clean, and the pool was a great size for the location, with enough room to cool off and for kids to have fun. Kim at the tour desk was especially helpful with everything, not just tours, and the whole crew were friendly, lovely people. We booked the jeep tour through the hotel and highly recommend it. It was great fun and good value. Breakfast was amazing, and laundry cost only 50 per kg, was professionally handled, and smelled amazing. It felt like a home away from home. We'll definitely stay at Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel & Spa when we return to Vietnam.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and Kim at the front desk knew a lot and helped with whatever tour we wanted. The balcony was fun for people watching, with some very funny sights on the street. The location is great for Beer St, but it's right next to a night club, and Friday and Saturday nights are loud. They provide earplugs. The streets are closed off on Friday and Saturday nights, so be aware your taxi may not be able to reach the hotel. It's clean and in a great location. I'll keep coming back, this is going to be my new home in Vietnam. 🤗🤗

The pool was a great place to unwind after busy days exploring, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet's range of local flavors. The staff were warm and professional, helping with local recommendations and smooth travel arrangements. Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel & Spa was the highlight of my Old Quarter stay. It has historic charm with modern convenience, and the location is hard to beat, just a short walk from the energy of Beer Street and the beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake. If you want to be in the middle of the action and still stay comfortable, I highly recommend it.

A practical tip for light sleepers: ask for a room at the back. Ours was peaceful and quiet, away from the sometimes noisy street at the front. The hotel is right in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, close to the iconic sights, shops, and atmosphere. Ms. Kim at reception gave us a warm welcome and excellent recommendations. Her suggestions led us to Bun Cha Ta Hanoi and Cafe Giang for its legendary egg coffee, both only a few minutes away. She also arranged a two-day, one-night Ha Long Bay tour with La Pandora Cruises for USD 139 per person. We thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was great value. We also loved eating at the hotel's Hanoi Dzao Restaurant. The Sweet and Sour Salmon fish with rice and signature spring rolls were delicious. Breakfast buffet had lots of tasty choices too. Great staff, dining, location, and value. Highly recommended for a convenient Hanoi stay.
