Even at $98.00, this place didn't feel like value. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room, and we had to wait for housekeeping to open. The A/C barely worked in the room or common areas. It might suit a long-term stay if you're ready to bring your own supplies. It seems to cater mostly to Koreans, who are in the country for Korean tech firms and other manufacturing in VN. For a vacation or short business trip, I'd choose another hotel, even at twice the price. Just get a hotel, you'll be happier.

The room was average, though the living room was large and well laid out. It was an apartment hotel, but there were no knives or cutting tools and no amenities to refill yourself. The open design also meant food smells traveled up into the room.

The room wasn't worth the price or the hotel's star rating. Building security was unfriendly, and the front lobby guard was rude to guests waiting for a taxi.

The location and facilities are going to waste. The Korean managers don't seem to know how to manage things: they ignore long-term guests' bad behavior instead of correcting it, and other guests end up affected. The managers act like they don't see what's happening.
