Being near the beach was convenient, but the beach itself was rocky and dirty, nothing like the photos, and you have to watch your step to avoid injury. Good restaurants and attractions are quite far away, so staying near Tran Phu Street would be better. I strongly advise against booking this place. There are much better options nearby. The service was completely unprofessional. When we asked them to fix the problems, the male staff member was rude and seemed untrained, while the female staff member said she had no authority. They refused when we asked to speak with the owner, saying the owner doesn't work with guests, then ignored us. It's the worst service I've experienced in a long-established tourist city. I booked a sea-view unit, but the ocean is only visible if you lean far out over the balcony. Staff insisted it counted as a sea view as long as the sea was technically visible. The apartment was in terrible shape, with peeling walls, damaged furniture, and a smell like a dirty kitchen with old food. Several listed items were missing: slippers, a fan, an iron, and toiletries. For four guests they gave us just two old, torn towels. The blanket smelled musty, like it hadn't been washed in weeks. When we complained, they just said the building was old and showed no concern for maintenance.
