Disco's Home - Hanoi Old Quarter, 2 Beds, Clean & Comfy

The front desk woman gave us a thorough rundown of where to eat and what to see, and made sure we felt comfortable. We even got a room upgrade. The location was perfect, the beds were really comfortable, and viral note coffee is less than a minute away on foot. The staff were helpful the whole time. Celina at the lobby travel desk helped me sort out my onward travel plans. She's so kind, thank you! Good hotel, and the people working there made the stay feel comfortable and great. I'd stay again :)

The hotel was close to attractions, shops, and transport, which made getting around really easy. Even in such a busy area, our room stayed quiet. It was cozy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionists were friendly, all the staff treated us well, and breakfast was fantastic. We had a superb two-night stay at Hanoi old quarter hotel. Great value, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in Hanoi.

After our flight was cancelled by the airline, we were stuck in a difficult spot. Celine went out of her way to fit us in and even gave us a very generous late checkout. She was incredibly kind, and we recommend the hotel without hesitation. We'd already stayed here once, booking two rooms. On arrival, Celine upgraded us to rooms overlooking the lake. We had a great time and enjoyed the breakfast. Kate at reception was lovely, and all the staff were incredibly hospitable. We booked again when we returned to Hanoi, and the service was just as good. The room was clean, and the hotel's location was ideal, with the lake, train street, market, and cafes all within walking distance. Alex, Jeff, and Doris were excellent and very helpful, and the doorman was polite and always smiling. My only letdown was how small the room was and that its view was blocked. Maybe that's common for places in the Old Quarter.
