3S Boutique Hotel

It was an okay place, and the staff were polite, but I felt cheated over the payment. I paid 8,000,000 VND in advance for 20 days at the full room rate. I’d stayed in better hotels for 30 days at 7,500,000 VND. They wouldn’t return my money, saying they’d already spent it. I won’t pay in advance again. They also asked me to invest in the hotel, which I can’t understand after being treated this way. I don’t consider them trustworthy. Be careful.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there’s free motorbike parking. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. My West Lake view was quite obstructed, though, so I wouldn’t pay extra for a view room there again. It didn’t feel worth it.

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is centrally located with plenty of tourist spots nearby. The view over West Lake is superb.

The room was clean and warm, and the receptionists were great hosts. They helped with everything we asked about. I’d recommend staying here.
