It's right in the middle of the market, so you can easily explore on foot. The place is nice to stay in, and prices are quite reasonable. They keep everything clean, the staff are cooperative, and there's free WiFi. They can also plan tours and arrange guides.

Decent room for a cheap stay. If you're trying to save money on hotels in Hanoi, this is a good option.

The location is prime, with Ho Hoan Kiem and everything else just a short walk away. But the service attitude was poor. The receptionist was playing a game and only half listening to customers.

The room had no window and was small, and the equipment was old. I wouldn't stay here.

The bathroom smelled, the room service was terrible, and it cost too much. Really bad.
