I reported the bathroom power outage three times, but nobody came to fix it. The staff wouldn’t hear my complaints, and the service just isn’t worth what they charge. A terrible experience.

When I arrived around 11 p.m., I was told room 302 already had someone in it, even though I’d booked ahead and Ngoc at reception had said I didn’t need to pay a deposit. I stayed anyway because it was so late. I was there for two days and asked to move rooms. Once another room was empty, I went to switch, but the receptionist hadn’t turned on the air conditioner and had switched it off at the panel under the desk. Eco’s reception and service feel worse than before. The hotel needs to review how reception is being handled. 😞

From the staff through to management, it was terrible. I won’t be back.
