My partner and I didn't stay at the hotel, though from the lobby it looked very clean. We went there to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay, and the staff, who spoke English really well, helped us find an itinerary that suited us. It turned out to be a fantastic trip. Even without us staying there, they let us use the facilities and looked after our backpacks and luggage for the evening before our flight. Their service alone is enough for me to highly recommend them.

We had a very easy stay. The room was neat and clean, and the hotel is on a quiet street close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. They offered good ideas for what to visit and helped us book a train ticket. Highly recommend!

We spent part of our trip just relaxing on the balcony with hot Vietnamese coffee. If you want to take in the bustle of Hanoi's old streets, a balcony room is a good choice. The newly renovated hotel is tucked right in the heart of Hanoi. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the female receptionist spoke fantastic English. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location and attitude were great. I'll definitely bring my friends here next time!

There’s a roadside stall just one street away with really good pho bo, and the hotel’s in a great spot for getting around. The staff welcomed us warmly, gave us a map of nearby attractions, and explained what the hotel had. Our room had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, and it was clean and comfortable. There’s no elevator, though the staff offered to carry our luggage.

The room was small but perfectly adequate, and it was very clean, especially for the low price. I was on the fifth floor, so getting there meant taking the stairs since there’s no lift. Service was good too.
