Era Apartment Thai Ha

The room was pretty good and the location was easy to find, but that's about it. My belongings were handled by the security guard: he broke the outer seal and left them on his desk. When I went back to ask about them, he said, "It's good that you returned them"???? He was still difficult when I asked him to take them back. The bathroom smelled awful, like sewage, and I could never reach the hotline. There wasn't even drinking water in the room, just a kettle for boiling tap water.

I had some reservations after reading the reviews, but my four days here went pretty well. The security guard was helpful and the rooms were tidy. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, so the building should check the drainage pipes or see if there are air leaks from construction. Otherwise, it felt very good for the price. Maybe some people are being too picky.

Both times I booked a room here, the security guard was really kind and eager to help. I can't say how others have found it, but that was my experience.

The kitchen was clean, and the restaurant felt open and spacious. The chicken was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly too.
