Fairmont Hanoi

Breakfast was one of the best parts of our two-night stay. There was both buffet and à la carte service, and the quality was clear. Everything tasted soooo good, especially my favorite, the crab omelette. It's honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. We were celebrating my birthday at Fairmont Hanoi, and the friendly check-in staff welcomed us with birthday wishes right away. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. They'd also prepared a birthday cake and welcome card, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bathhouse is beautiful, and the gym is modern and well equipped. Shang (Sang) was especially kind and took time to show us around the bathhouse, explaining everything clearly. The other staff in the bathhouse and gym were welcoming and helpful too.

After a day among Hanoi's busy streets, it was such a delight to return to a comfortable room with a great bed and pillows, a huge walk-in shower, and a lovely bathtub. The hotel is very central, close to the lake and old quarter, just a few minutes away on foot, but far enough from the noise and confusion. Everything felt new and fabulous, as the hotel had only recently opened in February/March 2026. The entrance has an amazing, majestic feel, and there's a great coffee bar on the ground floor. Even the beautifully decorated elevators have their own vibe. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Mrs Vicky personally helped us with a small issue where the room phones wouldn't connect to reception. We didn't try the restaurants, but ordered room service and thought the food was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The lounge has a beautiful atmosphere and remarkably attentive, exclusive service. The hotel also has three lovely restaurants. I was especially struck by the interior design, and the pool and sauna areas have a peaceful beauty that's hard to put into words. Fairmont Hanoi pairs striking modern design with world-class service. The staff are exceptionally well trained and make you feel like royalty. Max and William were particularly professional and always ready to anticipate what we might need. I've always enjoyed staying at Fairmont properties, and this one has exceeded all my expectations. As a loyal Fairmont fan, it's still my favorite hotel brand. Congratulations to the whole Fairmont team!

Everything was easy from the moment we arrived, with staff who made us feel like individuals and were happy to help with anything. The rooms, restaurant, YY Bar, and wellness centre were all fabulous, and we enjoyed them all. It's in a great spot, within easy walking distance of everything, yet very quiet. We'd definitely stay here again.
