We had great service from Em Trai Hung, and the breakfast selection was great. He also offered us dinners. Very good Vietnamese people.

The front desk staff member was amazing and so helpful. He did our laundry, drove us to an ATM for free, and quickly booked us a taxi. While we were already in the taxi, my friend realized he'd left his earphones at the counter. The staff member came over and dropped them off!

The room was clean and okay, but nothing special, and the mattress was very hard. The AC worked, but I wish the staff had turned it on before we arrived. It took more than two hours for the room to cool down. At checkout, the staff asked to see the booking on my phone. I wasn't sure why, then realized he was starting to write a 5-star review on Booking. Please let actual customers leave their own reviews! My flight was about an hour late, and I was left at the airport. The transfer wasn't reliable, so I had to take a much more expensive taxi. At 3am, there wasn't another option.

We arrived by plane and needed somewhere to recover for a night. The staff were so kind and available around the clock. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
